John just wants to help you find and buy your perfect car. As Chief Conversion Officer, he seeks out and alleviates pain points in the car-buying process. John previously served as CPO of Priceline.com, where he drove mobile growth and fostered a culture of experimentation. His first car was a dented gold Toyota Tercel.
Dave is focused on driving financial discipline to achieve maximum growth and profitability. As CFO, he oversees Vroom's accounting, financial controls, planning and analysis. He previously served as CFO of Penske Automotive Group and brings over two decades of auto industry experience. His first car was a 1968 Pontiac GTO.
Dennis expertly oversees Vroom’s factory operations and logistics from the moment a vehicle is acquired until it’s parked in a happy customer’s driveway. Before coming to Vroom, he held supply chain leadership positions at companies such as Home Depot, Grainger, and Office Depot. His first car was a ‘72 Corolla and his current car is a ‘16 Corolla, though there have been many in-between.
Pat helps advance Vroom’s business objectives while avoiding bumps in the road by overseeing legal matters, regulatory compliance and corporate governance. She brings a wealth of legal experience to her role, including a 30-year career at the global law firm, Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher and Flom. Pat’s first car was a tan AMC Hornet hatchback with the quirk of a stick shift over a bench seat.
Mark wants to grow Vroom to become the world's largest auto platform for people to easily find, buy and drive their passion. As CRO, Mark is responsible for delivering Vroom's profit by leading inventory acquisition, consumer financing, product sales and operations. He brings tremendous experience in strategic revenue growth through former senior executive roles at Verizon Media, Aol, Morgan Stanley and Xerox. His first car was a 1977 Chevy Nova.
Peter intends to make Vroom a household name, synonymous with buying a car and flawless execution. As CMO, he oversees demand generation, brand development and national sales. Peter previously served as CMO of Better Mortgage and VP of Digital Acquisition at American Express. His first car was a 1979 Pontiac Bonneville.
Deni believes in a workplace that celebrates diversity and provides every employee with an opportunity for development. At Vroom, she’s responsible for employee recruitment, facilities, development, and feedback. Deni previously served as SVP of HR at Undertone and VP of HR at Yodle. Her first car was a red Mazda 626.
Jenny is dedicated to ensuring a world-class experience for Vroom's customers. She leads strategy and operations to ensure consistent delivery of Vroom's value proposition. Jenny previously held global operational and digital marketing roles at Expedia, and led digital marketing demand generation and retention efforts at AutoNation. Her first car was a banged-up 1972 avocado-green VW Beetle.
Brian believes in the power of technology and engineering to drive better online customer experiences. As the SVP of technology at Vroom, he’s committed to developing data-driven software and services to do just that. He brings a wealth of software engineering, IT and data science experience from his previous roles as CTO at Inturn and VP of Product and Technology at Kikin. Brian’s first car was a Silver Pontiac Grand Am.
Mary Kay is dedicated to providing seamless delivery and pick-up services to Vroom customers. As CLO, she leads all fulfillment services, including fleet operations, logistics planning and execution. After graduating from the Naval Academy, Mary Kay began her logistics career running flight line logistics for a Navy helicopter squadron. She then went on to lead fleet and logistics operations at ServiceMaster, Terminix, Coca-Cola Enterprises and Waste Management. Her first car was a 1983 Datsun 280ZX with a T top.
Dan’s primary goal is to provide an exceptional guest experience at our Texas Direct Auto dealership. As general manager, he achieves this by creating synergy across all team members and providing the utmost transparency for all guests. Dan brings years of experience to his role at TDA, having worked as regional manager at Hertz Global, general manager at Avis Car Sales and a diverse set of management roles at Gulf Coast Auto Group. His first car was a maroon, banged up 1979 Chevrolet Monte Carlo.
