Kurt presides over Vroom’s financial controls, planning, and analysis. He brings more than 20 years of financial expertise to the company, previously serving as Director at AlixPartners. His first car was a 1986 Ford Escort.
Paula thinks buying and selling a car should be as easy as ordering takeout. She brings more than 15 years of product leadership expertise from Google, Fox, and Microsoft to her role at Vroom, leading a talented and growing product team. Paula’s first car was a maroon 1968 Morris Minor.
John just wants to help you find and buy your perfect car. As Chief Conversion Officer, he seeks out and alleviates pain points in the car-buying process. John previously served as CPO of Priceline.com, where he drove mobile growth and fostered a culture of experimentation. His first car was a dented gold Toyota Tercel.
Scott leads the planning, procurement, and pricing of Vroom’s growing fleet of vehicles. He relies on data and a highly skilled group of car buyers to hit financial targets. Scott is a Vroom co-founder and has directly impacted every area of the business. His first car was a 1999 Saleen Cobra Mustang, production number 289.
As Vroom’s General Counsel, Sarah strengthens the business and protects the company from liability. She previously served as Senior Counsel at Etsy. Sarah's personal mission statement is to empower dreamers, partner with doers, educate thinkers, and inspire the aspiring. Her first car was a Ford Focus named Ernie.
Lisa is keen to disrupt an industry with a notoriously poor customer experience. At Vroom, she leads national customer support, sales, finance and insurance. Lisa previously served as SVP of Customer Service and Operations at Priceline for nearly 15 years, as well as SVP of Customer Service at Cablevision. Her first car was a well-loved red Mercury Bobcat.
Peter intends to make Vroom a household name, synonymous with buying a car and flawless execution. As CMO, he oversees demand generation and brand development. Peter previously served as CMO of Better Mortgage and VP of Digital Acquisition at American Express. His first car was a 1979 Pontiac Bonneville.
Deni believes in a workplace that celebrates diversity and provides every employee with an opportunity for development. At Vroom, she’s responsible for employee recruitment, facilities, development, and feedback. Deni previously served as SVP of HR at Undertone and VP of HR at Yodle. Her first car was a red Mazda 626.
Jenny is eager to grow and scale Vroom’s nationwide footprint. She leads growth acceleration efforts while managing the Houston-area retail location. Jenny previously held global operational and digital marketing roles at Expedia, and led digital marketing demand generation and retention efforts at AutoNation. Her first car was a banged-up 1972 avocado-green VW Beetle.
