Overall experience was ok. Sometimes way too many emails and sometimes not enough to understand where you were in the process, and what the next steps were. Angie (Anjelica) was GREAT to work with though and the best part of the sales process). She responded quickly, and reached out proactively to make sure things were moving along, especially when the ball got dropped by other folks in the process. If she hadn’t been working with me, I likely would have shifted over to a physical dealer and purchased a different car. Vroom needs more people like her on their team.

It was an easy process. Vroom did everything they said they would do. Good explanation on what to exspect.

I got the best offer for my car from VROOM. That and I had free pickup of my car.

Signed document's on 11/4/23; today is 11/22/23, NO CAR. I am still waiting for a clear timeline on when I will receive the vehicle. I wanted this online car-buying experience to be easier than the traditional way, especially since you will likely find a better local price. I knew I was not getting the best deal from Vroom, but I saw value in not dealing with all the hassles. I was wrong. I would have expected Vroom to be more proactive and reactive when dealing with this issue. Due to this, I decided to cancel my order and reverse my loan. This is a significant inconvenience for my family and me, so I hope to prevent the same situation from happening to another family. Getting firm commitments on when the car will get delivered would be a good idea.

I recently purchased a car from Vroom online. I purchased a 2019 Kia Niro, LX Hybrid. I’m so excited to receive this car and it’s on its way!Vroom assigned me my very own Senior Sales Specialist, which was by far the best part about buying this car.Mayra Reyes was awesome! This lady was so professional and so patient with me, as I am not the most techie person. Buying a car online was interesting and a little scary, I must admit. But every time I had a problem Mayra, would respond to me almost immediately. She called me every day and walked me through everything. This was a great comfort to me because when you make a large purchase online there are several uncertainty’s. If not for Mayra I would have given up and not purchased the vehicle. Mayra , actually walk me through my application step-by-step and answered every question that I had.Mayra’s excellent customer service skills made this a great experience for me and can’t wait to see my car.If you’re going to purchase a car from Vroom, I highly recommend asking for Mayra Reyes to assist you, you’ll be glad you did.Respectfully,L.L.AllenDixon, CA
